These one–day intensive workshops are for individuals wanting to transform their relationships. We work on understanding what underlies the problems in our work relationships, friendships, intimates, and families to change the difficulties into prosperous relationships.
I love me, I love me not. Foundations Workshop I
Here we cover the core concepts of transforming your communication to enrich your life. Participants receive personal instruction, exercises, and a workbook, which guide them through the process. Participants will learn and practice techniques to enhance their relationships.
I love me, I love me not. Advanced Workshop II (must complete Foundations Workshop)
Building on the tools from Workshop I we will concentrate on practice, evaluation, and restructuring. The focus will be to master these techniques. We will incorporate your experiences, homework, and journaling assignments into your learning.
